Our High-Speed Multi-Axis Milling capabilities have never been better!
We have a large inventory of 3, 4 & 5 Axis Milling centers which are expected to multiply in the near future. Our vast milling department allows us to offer a quick,cost-effective and precise manufacturing process that is second to none.
With a vast fleet of CNC Milling machines, Bel-Air Machining is ready to take on any project regardless of size or complexity.
QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
Bel-Air Machining has a fully staffed quality department, throughout the job's progress, all work is evaluated by the Continuous Improvement Process assuring customers of unparalleled quality, whether the work is part of a sophisticated aerospace system or a hardworking piece of medical equipment. if Bel-Air machining makes it it's made to serve and last.
Our growing Inspection Department is equipped with a Vision Measuring Machine (VMM), Profile Projector (optical comparator) and multiple Coordinate-Measuring Machines (CMM) among other inspection equipment.

High-Speed Multi-Axis Turning centers.
Our Turning department has an extensive array of CNC lathes, equipped with live-tooling capable of 4 & 5 Axis Milling.
This allows for a streamlined manufacturing process that cuts cost and increases production output.
